October Of 2020

Six months later I'm in Germany. Whereas, I took the opportunity to be examined by the Chief Of Surgery for the Charite In Berlin. He asked if I had Physiotherapy or Education in regard to my March 2019 SI-Joint Fusion? I answered No. He said I needed Physiotherapy and Education. (Now, there was some type of time crunch to get me back on my feet so one cannot fault the SI-Joint Surgeon).

Left Side Lean

He asked if I had Nerve Conductance Tests performed on my right leg? I didn't answer as said tests were extensively performed months earlier during March of 2020 where the results had been falsified. He noted my unaddressed issues had led to my leaning on my Left Side. Stating I needed to stop as I was Damaging the Left side of my body.

He said I needed the Nerve Conductance Tests and Physiotherapy. I was in such pain that I worried for the flight back home where I asked if all could be done here. Additionally, I'd have Non-Politicized Nerve Conductance Tests which was a important part too. He agreed, stating he didn't know the costs though. I was just Content to get the Lower Extremities Nerve Conductance Tests done again.

NO TESTS

I paid for the Physiotherapy and the Nerve Conductance Tests. However, I thought wrong as I Never obtained my Nerve Conductance Tests.

Vials & Bone - October Of 2020

My wife was scheduled for emergency surgery to replace her right knee. The Chief of Surgery ordered nine vials of her blood to be sent to Pathology to ascertain what was eating the cartilage in her body, just as her home orthopedic surgeon had done before. He also sent her post-surgical knee materials to Pathology, the same facility that had diagnosed what was used on Navalny. However, we were Never provided my wife's pathology results, despite our repeated requests.

As Of October 2020

As of October of 2020, I did not have diabetes. However, my unaddressed and manipulated medical care led to months and even years spent in my recliner with my feet up. Now, any 61-year-old living such an inactive life will inevitably develop diabetes, but again, as of October of 2020, I did Not have such.

Four Year Later Time Jump - Podiatrist

I had hip and feet issues and spinal issues, (spine which would be addressed later). Where I'd spend my days in a recliner with my feet raised. With that of note, we fled to Europe three times for care and this time it was a Redeeming WV to the Rescue. A WV Podiatrist would Diagnose I had been suffering a Bruised or Broken Right Foot where he was astounded I had been dealing with such since at least early 2020. Where he said all I could do was sit in a chair with my feet up.

Thus, it appears someone or ones were pulling out all the stops to force a diagnosis of Diabetic Neuropathy since March of 2020? (I'd later read a broken foot bone and tarsal tunnel syndrome are results of a fall).

Back To Tinnitus - October 18, 2020

My wife and I were at the Physiotherapy Institution after her October 2020 Surgery. Where I then forwarded the following email to the Charite Coordinator on October 18, 2020.

I have a question concerning Tinnitus. In the Autumn of 2019, (proximate September), I began suffering what I termed “Wave Blood Pressure Attacks.”

I would sit in my chair with my blood pressure monitor on as my blood pressure raised and spiked. I tried Ativan once to see if it was nerve related. It had no effect.

I then placed Nitroglycerin under my tongue and it brought my blood pressure down. However, it only lasted for short periods of time.

During this period, my Tinnitus began. The noise levels so bad I didn’t care if I lost my hearing as long if someone anyone could get it all to stop.

I was examined and had hearing tests performed. I was then prescribed Oticon Hearing AIDS with Ocean Wave Tinnitus Masking.

My Tinnitus had reached a level where my Oticon Hearing Aid’s Tinnitus Masking had to be raised. The problem? I cannot hear well as for the Tinnitus Masking. I also cannot hear well without my hearing aids on. A catch 22.

So, I researched Tinnitus Medical in Germany to see if there were any new innovations, Bookings Health came up. Bookings Health showed one center near us, (which is attached).

The following day I received a message that the Charite was not taking further patients as for COVID and that they were booked up months.

October 19 2020 - A Flood

The following day, a British news source published an article covering the Havana Syndrome, (which the later Maxmillan Institute in Munich properly termed as a "Singular Supersensitive Event).

My precise descriptors of what happened to me in September of 2019 mirrored the never-before-reported, non-published details of those who had suffered from this ill-termed "Havana Syndrome."

The article names two individuals affected in Washington, D.C., and Virginia, alongside another unnamed person, all of whom experienced incidents around August of 2019. It raises the provocative question of whether Putin was attacking Americans on American soil. Following this, numerous stories emerged, which I diligently downloaded. The articles presented a series of conflicting theories, attributing the phenomenon to microwaves, then suggesting sonic or sound-based explanations. This back-and-forth debate has persisted.

A few then October 19, 2020 forward News Articles:

2. Russia suspected of Cold War-style microwave attack on CIA agents in Australia.

3. Is Putin behind three mystery sonic attacks against Americans on U.S. soil?

October 19, 2020 - Head Pressure.

Now, one or more articles mentioned victims of the ill-termed Havana Syndrome suffered Pressures in their Heads. Pressures also being the focal point I had informed a Neurologist of a Year Earlier that I had suffered.

As To Dates

Our documented 25 years have been filled with a myriad of Engineering Plans that, despite being meticulously crafted, bore no dates. This was similarly true for a range of Legal Documents that were as such, creating an air of uncertainty. Adding to this intriguing yet unsettling narrative were the lightning-fast News Articles concerning the actions of a then-disgraced Congressman from Western North Carolina. Said Congressman mentioned news articles, though devoid of dates, were fully prepared and poised for publication as the political landscape shifted. As the walls began to close in around him, he resorted to pulling out all the stops, aiming to take as many down with him as he could, hoping it would somehow shield him from the fallout.

Structures

2020: I sent a missive of going from a Structured Environment (Notre Dame) to another Structured (Bell System). And that once I retired from a structured Verizon in 2010 an contractor interviewer wanted Information on Verizon and FBI CJIS. I deny him where he states information was my value where I left wondering if it's always been this way? The day after my missive Attorney General William Barr, (A Bell System / Verizon Centric Former Attorney), and President Trump signed an Executive Order prioritizing Talent over College Degrees for Federal Positions along with the push toward Parochial School Education."

Maximillan University Munich.

March 16, 2021: The Mayo Clinic informed me they did not have a spot to address my Tinnitus and at this stage who'd blame them. So, I flew to Munich for my then March 16, 2021 Appointment at the Ludwig Maximillan University.

I went through hearing and more tests and was diagnosed suffering a September of 2019 "Singular Supersensitive Event." The proper medical term for any that has suffered the Incorrectly Phrased Tinnitus Syndrome.

A Neuro-Ophthalmologist

February of 2023: I was examined by a Charlotte NC Neuro-Ophthalmologist. As was the case with the September 2019 Neurologist above, the Neuro-Ophthalmologist diagnosed my right eye out of alignment with my left eye. My right eye would look straight ahead as my left eye focused in. I was then prescribed reading glasses with a Prism Right Side Lens.

What Is The Havana Syndrome?

September 13, 2025: If a person lives long the answers eventually surface.

The image on the right is from a September 13, 2025 News Article. Whereas, Tinnitus also being the result of Brain Damage which I already knew.

Now, I had acutely experienced Intense Pressure inside my head as covered under the September 2019 Heading above. A result of the Havana Syndrome per said News Article.

However, I never realized Visual Disturbances were also a result attributed to "Havana Syndrome" which is also from Brain Damage.

Ask And Accept

Now, when a true Authority asks and I accept their request I will carry it out. Be it the 1987 Attorney who Compelled me to take care of my wife's Marsh Family who had just lost their Matriarch.

The Widows

Of course, the 2003 WV DEP Agent who stated our then young ages were unique. He mentioned how "they" (the perpetrators) often target the elderly, typically preying on widows who may feel vulnerable after losing their husbands. These widows are often too weak to confront the situation or document a case effectively. In light of this, we decided to honor his request for assistance, and I am grateful that my wife supported me wholeheartedly throughout the process.

Why

The Havana Syndrome was noted as Domestic in origin. However, weeks prior to Trump taking office again it was switched back to Foreign in origin. The reasons why is for others to discern.
