POST DEVELOPMENT - Greenleaf Engineering

 

 

Building: C --- A very noticeable Small parking lot area is evident.

The corner of the Developers Building C was to be approximately 66 FEET from the property line. (Curb 16').

The curb was to be 55 FEET from the property line.

A Fifty Foot Setback is shown in the engineering plan, which was within the guidelines of the then existing zoning.

This plan was denied by the COB for a lack of 15 parking spaces; Per June 6, 1996 letter.

 

 

Building: C --- A very noticeable Large parking lot area is evident.

The corner of the Developers Building C is approximately 27 FEET from the property line.

The curb Is 5 FEET from the property line.

A Fifty Foot Setback DOES NOT EXIST, which violates the zoning that was in place in an extreme way.

The end result of the approval given less than a month after the developer was denied Per July 1, 1996 COB minutes.
