A
company leverages the West Virginia
Public Service Commission (WV PSC)
in an attempt to dislodge a "Good Of
The People" Program I had created and
entrusted to another company.
However, the
PSC and WV Court having no interest
in being involved. The company
resorts to
using a taxpayer-funded committee to
achieve its objective, repeatedly
employing terminology of
“Red Dots” and “Red Lines.”
However,
the aggressive company could not
clearly articulate its intentions
without revealing how it had learned
of the Program’s Existence—or who
had Created it.
Historically, when an entity pursues
something, it obtains it, regardless
of consequences. Such
driven by higher echelons that
prioritize acquisition over the
welfare of a state or nation.
Given the reach of this situation, I forward
a clear warning:
“I
created the program, and it cannot
fall into the hands of jack-leggers.
Matter of extreme national security.

7/05/2013:
My wife resigns from her position to take care of
me.
November 2013: Buddy Lacaria —then living
temporarily in a nursing home to regain his
strength—died unexpectedly. His medical
diagnosis had been altered.
Said nursing
facility where Buddy died was located
approximately
half a mile from the Clarksburg Veterans
Hospital,
which would later become the focus of
disturbing revelations.
I was also
suffering yet diagnosed "stroke level blood
pressure" as for the pain from an
un-addressed spinal issue and was facing a
wheel chair where I had surgery six months
later.

May 2014: I underwent spinal surgery
in Germany. Afterwards, we were taken
to a recuperative guesthouse for a
fourteen-day stay. Whereas, a young
enthusiastic waitress made an
innocent comment relative to Non-Western interest
in us. The following day, our
friend arrived and took us to
Bavaria to recuperate in
seclusion. After a total stay of
twenty-one days, we flew back home.
06/09/2014:

7/2014: A month after our return my
wife and I are
informed that said surgery changed
everything and we were now in
danger.
01/19/2015:
My wife is given a Last Resort Generic
Antibiotic for
a simple ear infection at a local urgent
care, officially complains the next day, and
is told to finish it anyway where
she is
Devastated Her For Life.
07/2015:
We expeditiously move from WV to NC,
as for 12 years of Core Shenanigans
wrapping our home area, along with
two other tangents.
Thus, we are gone.

Days after my wife's sugery, I
intercept
an image as

Could This Have Been Allowed To
Happen". I
immediately posted said Image on
Facebook to allow others to
ascertain its relevance where a few
VA
Physicians
were drawn to my Page.
09/13/2018: Though now in NC, said
Program came back into focus yet
again as covered in further
detail here:

August of 2019: News Reports surface
of Clarksburg WV VA Physicians reporting the
Suspicious Deaths Of Twelve
otherwise healthy patients at the
Clarksburg WV Veterans Hospital
which led to Federal Investigations.
Investigations, which began during
May of 2018 that would eventually
move further back in the timeline
toward 2017.
The late Buddy Lacaria's Nursing Home located about 1/2
mile from a said Veterans Hospital.
I had compiled the
program to help
speed up Internet Access to those in the far reaches of
WV.
However,
as I had it in my hands I had a
compulsion to destroy it. Not doing
so only
further added the most dire
political, medical and financial pressures
on my wife and I from then on.
