2018: A friend sparked a
memory that led to a search of my mother in law's records that
directly correlated with her 1980's missives.
During the 1980's,
Carol Marsh and her husband Dickey faithfully took care of her
mother Sylvia. My father-in-law deserving a medal. However, as time
passd Carol
put her mother Sylvia in a Philippi Nursing Home, which only
lasts a few weeks. As, she had a son in law who
notices everything. Apparently, the falsifications that he noticed
led Carol to bring her mother back to the farm.
The Gas Wells:
At one point Carol Marsh hires an attorney about a Gas Well that
had been placed on their property. An attorney who writes
prostrating letters to a Gas Company over Carol's concerns.
Dissatisfied, Carol then hires Attorney John Mosesso, (a Marsh
family relative).
Bullet Points:
-
August of 1986: Attorney Mosesso sends notice to said Gas
Company of a Lawsuit.
-
December of 1986: Carol asks if we can find her a large car like
we drive.
-
February 6, 1987: Carol Marsh is killed when her small Ford
Escort is hit head on by a Lincoln. Our toddler son survives. A
State Troopers is also upset over ever changing narratives
and meets Carol's husband Richard Marsh stating something
isn't right. He asks Richard to push for an Investigation.
-
Carol Marsh's Funeral Director is also upset as he states the Coroner's Report is wrong. Her chest was
heavily bruised from the steering wheel and she bled profusely.
Such doesn't occur when one suffers a natural death as
the Coroner's Report had stated.
-
Another Horrendous Accident when Richard
Marsh runs off the road and down an embankment, taking out a telephone pole and trees.
He miraculously survives. He later states that he had reached for his
lunchbox, as it slid across the seat. His oldest daughter states
that her father always
puts his lunchbox on the floor so an accident like this
wouldn't happen."
-
Attorney Mosesso twists
Valerie's husband's arm to
get involved on behalf of the Marsh family. The
Marsh were lost souls without the
Matriarch Carol Marsh and said Attorney apparently knew it. He insists and informs me what Attorneys can do to
families.
-
Anthony questions the Coroner emotionally falls part stating I didn't
understand over and over again.
-
I
then forward the Coroners Certificate
of Death, the Funeral Director's Statement and 30
years of Carol Marsh's medical records to Allstate Insurance who Promptly
honors her Accidental Death Policy.
-
Carol Marsh's exacting records
illustrates how much she gave to Christian Charities. Also, odd
is that
she also kept "If something happens to me missives for her
children and records for siblings concenring her own mother.
