January 19, 2015:
My wife was
wrongly prescribed
the generic antibiotic
Levofloxacin, where
unbeknownst to us it
immediately began attacking
the cartilage throughout her
body.
Five months
later, we moved to
Rutherfordton, NC, which
felt like heaven. I was
often asked why we moved
from West Virginia to West
Virginia? Meaning the area
was so similar. My wife was
afraid of Florida alligators
where Rutherfordton was
situated in the warm
Isothermal Belt. (The
best of both worlds).
However,
during February of 2018
the local medical
community began to realize,
as did we, what it had
inherited from WV.
Around 2017:
My wife was
prescribed the brand-name
Butran Pain Patches to
address the extreme pain
caused by her cartilage
being eaten away.
November 7,
2017:
My wife Valerie
underwent surgery where our
German neurosurgeon
implanted two artificial
discs (or ADRs) in her
neck."
August of 2018
August of 2018:
As for the Levofloxacin damage
my wife had a Titanium Joint
implanted in her Left Hand.
December of 2018
As for Levofloxacin damage
my wife has a Titanium Joint

Hand.

Our Pharmacy switches my
wife from her Brand Named
Butrans Pain Patch to
Generic Teva Pain Patches.
Within a few days she complains that the same arm
that initially suffered from the wrongly prescribed
Generic Levofloxacin in 2015
is hurting again.
She
mentions the (Generic) TEVA stirred up
the (Generic) Levofloxacin in her
body. Not realizing she innocently stated that
which would be
confirmed nine years later by the
FDA where it's also reported Levofloxacin
never leaves a
person's body
FROM
TO
Pain Clinic
Our pain clinic destroys the
remainder of the Three Weeks
of the Generic TEVA Pain
Patches. My wife is then
provided a new script for
her usual brand name Butrans.
However, our Pharmacy then
refuses to
honor the new script.
We then have a follow-up
with the surgeon who
implanted the titanium
joints in my wife’s hands.
He is astounded at my wife’s
shaking and states that the
pharmacy taking her off of
the strongest pain patches
to nothing led to her
suffering
withdrawal. On our
next visit we'd discover a
camera had been installed in
the exam room."
Chain to Mom And Pop
We nonetheless switch from a
Chain Pharmacy to a Mom and
Pop Pharmacy. On our next
visit, our Pain Clinic
mentions that scripts are
now being done
electronically. I asked for
a paper script instead, as I
suspected it would be
electronically changed back
to TEVA in the middle.
I'm shown where it's
being sent Brand Only. The
Mom and Pop receives the
prescription electronically,
where it's Generic Pain
Patches only. They provide
me Brand name Butrans Pain
Patches anyway. My wife then
receives notice that the Mom
and Pop was no longer in our
network, where she needed to
find another. However, I
still remained?

of 2018 Proximate:
My wife awakens with her
Right Knee Painfully
Swollen, a
situation she had never
encountered before.
Concerned, we visit our
trusted orthopedic surgeon,
who promptly orders an MRI.
The results reveal startling
issues within her knee,
prompting him to request
five vials of blood for
additional analysis to
uncover the root of the
problem.
When the
blood work returns normal,
his reaction surprises us;
he is visibly agitated,
insisting that this is not
the expected outcome. He
proclaims it's not normal
for a knee to spontaneously
injure itself. He informs us
that she will need to rely
on a walker from now on,
leaving us both feeling
uncertain and overwhelmed."
Buying Like Crazy

2018 - 2020:
Interfering And The Mail
Hours after my wife was told
she'd need a walker for the
rest of her life, I received
a call in the early AM from
a
very assured
West Virginia realtor who
had previously pressured me
to sign on the dotted line
to sell property I owned
with my brothers. Property I
was holding for my answers
in regard to my late
Uncle Buddy's Death.
Keep in mind, we had been
living in North Carolina for
about four years at that
time where the realtor
informed me that he was
turning the matter over to
their attorney to initiate a
Partition Judgment against
me as I was dealing with the
news of my wife's condition.
We had moved from
West Virginia
to North Carolina,
and shortly thereafter, I
experienced a serious fall
in Virginia.
It seems the realtor's
attorney relocated from West
Virginia to South
Carolina. We
started receiving letters
from this now South Carolina
attorney that were simply
dropped in our mailbox
without any postage affixed.
Dated letters and envelopes
are effectively records that
are stapled together and
filed properly. However,
letters placed in our
mailbox without USPS postage
nullified this, thus
allowing others to
potentially undermine
Date-Matching Events. This
situation aligns with the
concerns outlined.
Temporary Political
Reeling
I again had to address the entrance of National Corporate arm
twisting scenarios to force me to again sign on a WV dotted line.
However, such flames out after I post In Her Mothers FootstepsPart One
and
Part Two which results in political reeling
for now.
Si-Joint and
Shoulder
My September 21, 2018 hotel
fall led to my right
SI-joint being fused on
March 11, 2019.
I then had open cut right
shoulder surgery in
June of 2019, where
observers were present
during all stages where I
was asked if I was in the
military.

My wife and I have a heart
for the elderly and the
beaten down, which led to
the initial start of these
Massive,
decades-long websites
dedicated to their support.
We also hold great respect
for the Military,
particularly for the brave
individuals who served
during World War II.

the 2016 to 2020 Trump
Justice System as for
remaining in the public

I had my Post-OP Follow up
for my Right SI-Joint Fusion
on August 19, 2019,
where my wife asked if I
needed Physiotherapy. We
were told I did not and to
live my life, and if
something breaks, we'll fix
it. Days later....

"The US Department of
Veterans Affairs (VA)
announced an investigation
into 11 suspicious deaths at
the Louis A. Johnson VA
Medical Center in
Clarksburg, West Virginia.
The deaths were being
investigated as potential
wrongdoing."

What Did This Mean?
Now, I read a few August of
2019 VA Articles but was
numb to such after all the
years. So, it had nothing to
do with what happened days
later where it was a while
before the why came into
focus.
My wife and I
were very prominent and gave
up a great deal to vacate WV
as for unending pressures.
Where the Trump / Justice
Administration were leading
us to return to WV, as the
12 VA Assassinations
occurring a half mile from
where my Uncle Buddy was
Assassinated would get my
attention. It did but not
for long.
