- My ADR History |
After being ruled
inoperable, my wife and I
traveled to Germany, where
in
May of 2014, I had a
Pro-Disc ADR implanted at my
damaged L5-S1 area, as
illustrated on the right.
However, my then routine
2.5-hour ADR surgery lasted
7 hours, during which it was
quickly mentioned that the
recent MRI I had brought
with me was not of the man
he operated on.
While we were in Germany Major
Geo-Political

were occurring in West
Virginia.

Unnatural Violent Incidents

|
I'm sitting in my chair when
I suffer unnatural violent
incidents of periodic long
durations, and I wonder how
anyone survives this, as I
also experience pressures in
my head. For the next
proximate five months, I
then endure the most
aggressive falsifications of
my medical records, multiple
treating physicians being
replaced, along with the
entrance of "floating notes.
On December 20, 2019,
I saw a neurologist who
argued that it was
impossible to feel pressures
in my head. I stood firm
that I did. However, he did
notice that my right eye was
out of alignment
with my left eye. He asked
my wife to take a look too. |

I was medically released
during August of 2019 and
told to just live and so I
began. During September of
2019, I was on a stool
outside caulking. I stood up
where my right hip hurt
greatly and would not work
properly. I then felt
numbness in the big toe of
my right foot which I
self-diagnosed as coming
from my L4-L5.
A physician
would later inform me that
my Right Hip Popped
out of place. Days later,
news reports of an upset
Trump surfaced. A later
January 6, 2020, X-ray and
MRI results illustrated my
L4-L5 was damaged and my
Right Hip Labral
Ring was torn. (A
labral ring holds a person's
hip in place).

Our PA, (Physician
Assistant), was one of the
best medical professionals
my wife and I ever had. With
that said, he ordered the usual blood work
for me where I had vials of
my blood taken.

I had my usual follow-up
with my aforementioned PA.
Whereas, a
"Note"
was handed to him by a nurse
that instructed him to check
my feet. Enraged, he
Demanded to know
where the "Note" came from,
as he exclaimed that
I Did Not Have Diabetes! |

My last follow up with my
SI-Joint Fusion Surgeon was
during August of 2019. At
that time, he was off for
medical reasons.
Consequently, I was seen by
a Physician Assistant
regarding my hip popping out
of place in September of
2019. Since my SI-Joint
Surgeon was unavailable, I
sought treatment from an a
three hour away Orthopedic
Surgeon in Raleigh.
I'd then have my last
follow-up with my SI-Joint
Fusion Physician in March of
2020. He approved of the
Raleigh Orthopedic Surgeon
as he was a colleague of
his. At which time, he said
he had found a "Note" and
asked if I had seen a
particular doctor while he
was off, as the note stated?
We answered no. I was seen
by a PA and provided the
name. He then asked if I had
an MRI? No, I did not have
the MRI. He was pissed. The

A WV Veterans
Hospital And A Nursing
Home |
|
|
|
|
|
Per This Webpage: Twelve
Clarksburg Veterans Hospital
Victims were mentioned with
a later stated more. All
were at said VA Hospital for
routine procedures where
they were Assassinated. A
half mile away is the
Nursing home where my Uncle
Buddy was killed where the
same logic would be he was
basically Assassinated too.
As were the VA Victims,
my Uncle Buddy was in the
Nursing Home temporarily for
routine reasons. To gain his
weight and strength back.
Buddy's Primary Care would
later contact said Nursing
Home twice to find out who
had changed my Uncle's
Diagnosis which had led to
my Uncle's Death? My Uncle
Buddy's Primary Care
received No response.

"Walker For The Rest
Of Her Life" - My Wife |
|
|
|
|
|
At this stage, I was
grappling with lingering
concerns over my Uncle
Buddy’s death years earlier,
along with the decades-long
dilemmas our family had
endured. Those stresses were
intensified by my wife’s
Medical Diagnosis
earlier that day, when she
was informed she would
require a walker for the
rest of her life. I spent
the night awake, deeply
distressed and unable to
rest.
Whereas hours
later, in the early AM, I
received a call from a cocky WV
Realtor who had pressured me
earlier to sign on the WV
dotted line to
sell property I held jointly. Property,
which was adjacent to my
killed Uncle Buddy's
property. Property I owned
with my brothers. Property I
was holding up as for
answers in regard to my Uncle
Buddy. Said
Realtor
stating he was now turning
it over to their attorney to
perform a Partition Judgment
against me.
His
attorney relocated to South
Carolina, where her
correspondence began
appearing in our mailbox
without any dated USPS
postmark. This bypassed
standard postal tracking and
record-keeping, making it
impossible to retain the
envelope and letter together
as proof of mailing dates.
Consequently, I was unable
to document the scope and
timing of actions taken to
remove me from the subject
properties. |

"Floating Notes" -
Myself and My Uncle Buddy |

Observation:
Our beleaguered
American Medical System has long been
lacking in Physicians. Whereas,
the system has to depend on both
Physician Assistants and
Nursing Assistants to
perform
major parts of their jobs.
Fact: My aforementioned
Physician's Assistant
and my Orthopedic SI-Joint
Fusion Surgeon
dealt with Detrimental and /
or False
"Notes" concerning my
care.
2013: My Uncle
Buddy's 2013 Primary Care
contacted my Uncle Buddy's
Nursing home twice to
ascertain who had change his
medical diagnosis by taking
my Uncle off of Pureed Food
and Gelled Water which
resulted in food gone down
his lungs which led to his
death. My Uncle's
Primary Care never received
a response.
It appears no one did where
I now suspect
a now termed
"Floating Note"
may have been a culprit
2017:
Regardless the
singular person charged,
"Floating
Notes"
would also need to be
considered in regard to the
Massive Veteran Deaths
at the Clarksburg WV and my
Uncle's Nursing home.
Regardless, the system needs
to find a way to Stop said
"Floating Notes."

Days
later I had Extensive Nerve
Conductance Tests performed
in Raleigh NC. The Testing
Physician repeatedly told my
wife and I:
A).
My
then
Right Leg Issues were
generating from
my damaged L4-L5 Disc Area
confirming my self-diagnosis.
I surmising I'd need a
Second ADR
Implanted at my
L4-L5 location.
B).
My
existing
German Pro-Disc
L5-S1 ADR
was also noted
C).
It was stressed during said
nerved conductance testing
that I did
Not
have diabetic neuropathy in
my feet. This stood out
because only days earlier my
primary care physician had
performed blood work where
Diabetes was never noted.
Actually, my primary care
was handed a "floating note"
that alluded to my having
Diabetes where he exclaimed:
"Where did this note come
from? You
Do
Not
have Diabetes!"
So, it was confirmed that
(A).
I was in need of a Second
ADR at my L4-L5,
(B).
My existing L5-S1
ADR was noted, along with
(C).
I Did Not suffer
Diabetic Neuropathy.

Prior to leaving the nerve
conduction facility, I
received two emails to
review my test results on my
patient portal. I chose not
to review them immediately,
intending to go over the
findings with the orthopedic
surgeon who had ordered the
test.
When
I returned three weeks
later, the test results only
noted
(B),
My existing L5-S1 ADR. My
failure not to review and
download my same day,
minutes later test results
as intructed apparently
complicated the efforts of
providers who were acting in
good faith and in compliance
with their professional
duties.
American standards only
allowed the
surgical implementation of
one lumbar ADR disc. However, I
had already undergone an
artificial disc replacement
(ADR) for one lumbar disc in
2014,
and it seemed I would now
require a second ADR, as
highlighted in red in the
image on the right.
My only option was again Europe
which had
been surgically implanting
multiple lumbar artificial
discs for two decades. |

We traveled to Germany after
my wife was ruled

November 7, 2017 my Neurosurgeon implanted two
cervical ADRs in my wife's
neck as illustrated on the
right. Her surgery was
smooth as I had gotten my
wife to him quickly."

I had a VA Attorney
handling my case
regarding the
September 21, 2018
Wytheville, VA Hotel
Fall. One day,
my wife and I
surprised him with a
visit. During that
meeting, I mentioned
that I had
maintained a Top
Secret Clearance for
the past 15 years
while working at
Verizon.
On my way
home from my days
later Nerve
Conductance Tests, I
received a
Date-Matched Dear
John Letter
informing me that I
was being dropped by
that very Attorney.
It baffled me how he
could take such a
drastic step when my
same-day Nerve
Conductance Test
Results confirmed
everything about my
condition. A few
weeks later, my wife
and I would come to
find out the reasons
behind this shocking
decision. |

We returned for my March of
2020 Nerve Conductance Tests
follow-up. Whereas, we found
that both my Nerve
Conductance Testing
Physician and my Test
Ordering Orthopedic
Physician were on leave. We
then checked my Nerve
Conductance Tests results.
Said records noted the
existence of my existing
German L5-S1 PRO-DISC ADR or
Artificial Disc. However,
there was No mention of my
damaged L4-L5 area which the
Testing Physician had
repeatedly emphasized was
responsible for my right leg
issue. Additionally, it made
no reference to the fact
that I was
Not
suffering
from diabetic neuropathy in
my feet or elsewhere, a
point she reiterated
multiple times.
Thus, my nerve
conductance test results
were
AUTHEN-FAKE-TIC or
falsified.
Of
Note: If I had
checked said results as I
the testing physician had
asked me twice just minutes
after said tests were
completed, it would’ve
negated such interferences. |

A proximate week later, news
articles began appearing,
reporting that the
FDA had approved two-level
lumbar pro discs or
artificial discs. As
then stated: "The Prodisc-L
is the only
total disc replacement
system in the U.S. approved
for two-level use in the
lumbar spine."
Thus, American Medical
System made sure I could now
have such a Second ADR
surgery in America as could
thousands of others.
However, this is
a sample
of delays and bureaucratic
hurdles we faced since 1999
which caused incalculable
duress on my wife, and
myself during challenging
times, not to mention the
continual drainage of our
finances. Of course Id need
nerve tests in the future as
my March of 2020 Nerve Tests
were Falsified. |

Both my primary care
physician’s blood work and
nerve conduction studies
performed days later
confirmed that I did
not have diabetes
as of March 2020.
However, due to unaddressed
and manipulated medical
care, I spent several
subsequent years largely
confined to a recliner with
my feet elevated. During
this period, significant
right-leg nerve pain masked
a later-diagnosed condition:
an inflamed and fractured
bone in my right foot, which
was not identified until May
2024.
As a result, I unconsciously
shifted my weight and
mobility to my left leg for
an extended period. This
prolonged compensation led
to serious neuromas in both
feet, plantar fasciitis, and
tarsal tunnel syndrome in my
right ankle.
While prolonged inactivity
in a 61-year-old individual
can eventually contribute to
the development of diabetes,
it is critical to note that
as of March 2020, I did not
have diabetes, and
contemporaneous medical
testing explicitly confirmed
this.

At one point, our
life-saving website—online
for more than ten years
without interruption—was
taken down for the first
time. I sent messages
addressing the situation,
including a formal notice to
Facebook demanding that they
stop interfering with the
periodic advertising of our
life-saving site. After I
filed an official complaint,
the website reappeared, but
it was significantly
hamstrung and no longer
functioning as it had
before. |
