1999 - A Future
Revealed Business Model.
A troubling trend in
overdose deaths in West
Virginia is noted on the
chart on the right. Where WV had
a proximate
3.9
per 100,000 overdose deaths
in 1999. It then
steadily rose to
41.5
in 2015 and to
57.8
in 2017.
It illustrated a dramatic
increase that correlates
with broader societal
changes since 1999.
Reflecting systemic issues
that affected all strata of
society, where the
destructive impact of a
flawed business model
extended beyond the
marginalized to encompass
even the more privileged.
The
Variable
In 2003, we received a warning from a
West Virginia Agent
about a lurking "They"
preying on vulnerable
elderly widows which underlines a
grim reality regarding
societal exploitations of the
weakest members. This
insight resonates deeply
with biblical notions of the
"widow" as a figure
representing vulnerability
and powerlessness. It
highlights a concerning
dynamic where, after the
loss of a spouse, these
individuals become targets
for manipulation and
mistreatment, calling
attention to the need for
protective measures to
shield the elderly from such
predatory behaviors.

The call for creating
something meaningful for
West Virginia was inspired by
the
National Attention
garnered by my earlier
endeavor, marking a pivotal
moment in
2005 during our trip to
Tuscany. We provided
thoughtful gifts, such as
state quarters, American
playing Cards, Thimbles, and
Flag Lapel Pins, symbolizing
both pride and unity. The journaling
during this journey captures
not only the essence of our
experiences but also
commitments to honor and
uplift WV, intertwining
personal narratives with the
broader context of
collective identity.
April of 2012
In April 2012, the emergence
of a menacing
"They"
which we were informed had put it on my wife
and I and gave us no
quarter".
This notice
coupled with a days later unsettling
phone call about the
alarming drug use in our
area, painted a grim picture
of the local situation. The
revelation that out-of-state
drug distributors found it
all too easy to exploit the
community, accompanied by
the caller's mocking
laughter, highlighted a
troubling reality of
vulnerability and despair.
2016 - The Number One Place
As West Virginia was
designated the number one
state for drug use, our
county topping the lists,
the accuracy of the 2012
caller’s warning became
painfully evident. This
alarming escalation into
crisis reflects a complex
interplay of local
circumstances, including
overwhelmed law enforcement
and hospitals, which
hindered effective responses
to the growing problem.
The
local news media's role is
critical, as their
coverage—or lack
thereof—shapes public
perception and awareness;
without fresh local reports,
the issue seemed to vanish
from the collective
consciousness. As the
national media later
highlighted these local
stories, it underscored a
troubling reality: that
urgent crises can be
rendered invisible in their
own backyards without the
necessary attention and
advocacy needed to spur
change.
2017 - It Begins Yet Again.
The drug given
Valerie before we
left WV continues on
with her
having trouble with
her arms, fingers
along with her not
being able to breathe and
swallow. X-rays &
MRI's illustrate two
discs in her neck
are now near gone.
She may not survive. We then decide to
go to Germany.
We seek medical
assistance overseas
and plane to go. on
the date we leave WV

I received an invasive phone
call while my wife was
recuperating in Straubing
Germany. I
responded with frustration
to such a seemingly ridiculous Inquiry
asking if our properties
could be
circumvented to provide

100 adjoining acres. All of which, underscores not only the
medical stresses we were
experiencing but also the
convoluted nature of our
circumstances even though we
had moved to NC two years
earlier. After said phone
call a next day
zoning in regard to said
adjoining acreages from commercial to
residential occurs, another
move in local real estate
dynamics.

so I took out my phone

So, I immediately posted the

with a narrative. Whereas, a

following my page.
2018: The

Politicians gingerly
question 150 million in Tax Dollars
which had been earmarked for
the flood devastated of Southern
WV who had lost all. TheWeakest
of Society.
WV'S

removed and turned over to
the Military, as was parts of
WV's prison system.
Some Politicians request
copies of word specific
emails between WVU and the WV
Commerce Department and are

One Eastern Panhandle
Senator keeps repeating
said monies were going to use

other Developmental
purposes.
The subsequent transfer of
the state's Commerce
Department oversight to the
military, along with parts
of the prison system,
further signals a shift in
governance that may
prioritize the welfare of
the vulnerable population.

Generation
The unfolding events
surrounding the China Deal
Entities and the subsequent
investigations into the 12
Murdered Elderly Veterans at a
Clarksburg WV Veterans
Hospital highlight a
troubling pattern of
exploitation against the
Greatest Generation,
who are now often
marginalized as society'sWeakest.
This situation underscores a
Broader Societal Issue of
the need for greater
protection and advocacy for
those who have sacrificed
much for future generations.
All
seguing back thirteen years
to the first call of many
from the elderly, the Greatest Generation.
Calling me at Verizon and at
times my home. Generational
property owners who had
earlier accommodated
development were now being
softened up by the those in
the know. The once respected
had simply lived too long.

A Nod To Our Efforts
During November 2017, the
Trump Administration took
aggressive steps to end
Chinese interests in West
Virginia.
Yet in
October 2018, I received a
letter stating that Chinese
citizens were now actively
buying properties in the
same Hungarian regions where
we had successfully
represented both West
Virginia and America a
decade earlier. One Chinese
buyer even purchased the
home of my friend—the very
property we had hoped to
acquire one day.
In
2008, these areas had seen
few, if any, Americans. Now,
ten years later, Chinese
buyers were purchasing
properties in places
directly connected to our
previous excursions.
I'd note said
missives on a derivative of
this site where
Secretary of State Pompeo is
coincidentally in Budapest Hungary
within two days stating that
we've been gone from Central
Europe for ten years and are
now back. A nod to our ten
year earlier efforts as
illustrated in this
September of 2008 video.

understand, stating its not normal
as a knee
doesn't spontaneously injure
itself! Hours later, I

said point on the
pressures released on us are
relentless.
