2003 POST DEVELOPMENT Greenleaf Engineering
Survey (What The July 1, 1996 Approval Led To)

|
* A Fifty Foot Setback
DOES NOT EXIST,
which violates the zoning that was in place in an extreme way.
* Building
(C) 113 Platinum Drive,
illustrates a very noticeable Large
Finished Parking Lot Area.
* Earthen fill was pushed against and then up a Generational Landowner's Locust Post Grid
Fence Line. A fence line which
became the lateral support for the development and its underground
utilities.
* The parking lot
the drainage
system was constructed with built-in restrictions, which allowed both
buildings roofs to be used as retention ponds.
