Dots And Red Lines...

I recently retired from Verizon, where I also worked as a long-time
Verizon/Central FBI contractor for 15 years – a fulfilling experience. I
had even secured another FBI contractor position, set to begin in the
future, that I anticipated would be incredibly engaging. Unfortunately,
in October 2010, I was rear-ended at a stoplight in Clarksburg, WV. This
accident not only ended my FBI opportunity but effectively
my career.
Prior to the accident, I was developing a
single program mapping West Virginia's network topology. This was considered an unattainable feat, especially after it
was deemed too expensive for Google to undertake. In January of
2011, I provided the surprise program, aiming to extend Internet access
to the remote reaches of West Virginia. My intention was to reach out to
those forgotten, to aid the less fortunate among us, those who resonated
with our collective compassion. In essence, this endeavor was driven by
a commitment to serve the "Good Of The People." |

Months later, significant news stories emerged from a West Virginia tax
payer funded committee regarding the persistent
"Red Dots And Red
Lines" references made by a
corporate pursuer of my program.
The pursuer's company also
having a same vested owners of the
Developer who
engaged my wife and I in December of 2002 where a then WV DEP Agent
provided
Advice.
A small
Coarse Example of some of what the WV Network Topology Program
entailed illustrates serious concerns regarding
theft shenanigans of both our real properties for a then ten years, and
now my intellectual property. The overlap in ownership between the two
entities suggests a potential pattern of misconduct that warranted
thorough investigations long ago. |

I wondered
how the Pursuer even knew my Program
existed? Expressing such with
absolute confidence. I finally
stepped in during 2013 after the pursuer
appeared to come to near blows with
the one I gave it to. So, I sent a
message of: "I had created the
program and it cannot fall into the
hands of Jack-Leggers. Matters of
Extreme National Security". The
Committee immediately disbanded.
Now, if the program had gotten out,
it would have constituted the worst
National Security Breach in Modern
History. |

my then
2014 Surgery where I almost died as for the Neurosurgeons mention of
my incorrect Pre-Surgical records I
had brought with me. |

Dated-Matched my wife's November
7, 2017 surgery whereas
they met with the Governor of WV
concerning150 Million in missing Federal FEMA
Dollars. Dollars,
which had
been earmarked for the flood-devastated
communities of Southern West Virginia which had experienced
extensive devastation, leaving many
residents without essential resources and
support. Discovering said FEMA
Dollars had been removed from Federal
Oversight and placed under WV's Commerce
Department. |

Company and our City of
Bridgeport, West Virginia. Whereas, significant developmental
re-engagements surrounding our Bridgeport properties were announced. (Bearing
in mind that Thrasher Engineering, in collaboration with our City and
said Developer, bears
exclusive responsibility for

On November 9, 2017 Well publicized International Letter/s of
Understating between WV Commerce Secretary Woody Thrasher and the
Chinese Government for a 20 year 83.7 Billion Dollar Deal. An Over 4
Billon Dollar a year investment in
a small U.S State whereas its later mentioned WV's yearly budget is Under 4
Billion Dollars. (Also, WV's borders are about 90 minutes from
Washington D.C and 3 hours from Canada). |

|
|
November 18, 2017: We
are now in Oberling Germany where the only English speaking channel airs
a clip of
Clarksburg WV's
elderly sisters Gramma & Ginga. My wife loves them, so I took out my
phone to take a picture of the clip when a Redacted Tonight image pops
up.
An image is titled "Foreign Agents" with logos for Facebook, Apple,
Twitter, Citibank, Nike, NC & WV. Now, West Virginia & North Carolina
along with Clarksburg West Virginia's Elderly
made a strange mix where one could only wonder what was the
Common Denominator?
So, I immediately posted the image in real time on my Facebook page with a narrative |

June of 2018: The
aforementioned China Deal Entities scatter. Subsequent investigations
segue into the over Twelve Suspicious Greatest
Generation
which occur at a
Clarksburg WV Veterans Hospital. (Society's now Weakest) |

|
|
I was in WV where a very jealous relative
said he remembered my working on my program and mentioned Red
Dots And Red Lines in some kind of triumph. I now knew how the
2011 Corporate Pursuer was so confident my Program even existed.
I also thought it was the reason my wife
and I were still being hounded where I sensed my 2013 stoppage of its
pursuit only delayed its illegal acquisition. Fearing such, I created a
Beautiful Single Artistic Image of the Program and its Capabilities. I
posted it on my website on September 15, 2018, and the FED removed it in
3 seconds. I then missive that WV had to be considered compromised. It was
finally over and I was now at peace. |

My Ill Father &
September 21,
2018 |
|
|
|
|
The following day my ill father calls and wants us to visit him in WV.
We did and spent time with him. We then drove back to NC during the next
day's evening and stopped at a Wytheville Hotel on September 21, 2018
for the night. We checked in at the desk but never went to our room.
Instead, we went to get something to eat and came back after 25 minutes
or so and went to our room where Valerie fell face down on the bed. I
went to take a shower and stepped in the tub where my feet kept Scooby-Dooing
and I violently flipped out hard onto the floor on my right side,
gripping the shower curtain on the way down.

|
Now, my wife and I have stayed hundreds of
nights at Bed and Breakfasts, Hotels, Motels and Guesthouses in America,
Canada, Western and Central Europe and never encountered such a slick
tub. I nonetheless called the front desk and asked if they had a
Non-Slip Mat. They didn't.
Now, the cartilage in Valerie's thumb
joints were eaten away by the Levofloxacin where her hands were in hard
shell braces. If she had went first she would not have survived the fall
as for no grip. I did have Valerie check the tub with her fingers that
night and the next day where it was still very slick. |

Incident Report |
|
|
|
|
The following morning I filled out an Incident Report. The Hotel
Manager, with his female Desk Clerk beside him, kept accepting
responsibility for my fall over and over, doing so with an attentive
couple behind us. Now, it's procedure to fill out an Incident Report
where a Company's Insurance Company would contact us customer. It's not
procedure for any company to keep accepting liability, yet over and
over, with witnesses?
So, I had contacted the front desk the
night prior and reported my fall. The following morning, the hotel kept
accepting responsibility. This acceptance voided us from visiting the
hotel room and tub, where I believe the most attentive couple would have
wanted to visit as well. In the end, this allowed the hotel to kick it
down the road for another day, a day that would arrive on June 7, 2021. |
