It was the Worst Times
Water Anyone?

Western Front: Frank Lacaria's, (Since 1929's home area), adjoins McDonalds Restaurant, along U.S Route 50.

Frank notified me that McDonald's main parking lot had taken some some serious drainage overflow that was coming down off of Platinum Properties onto McDonald's and Pizza Hut's Property. The lot drain that was located near his property, had sunken.

Frank then contacted me later. Don't you pay attention; he asked?

He informed me that our red barn, that was located above left our home, was now taking a direct hit from runoff drainage from Platinum Properties lot area.

Runoff / Drainage had never existed in this area of our property. (Family owned property since 1929). This is would be the first time.

109 Platinum Drive Floor Raised By September 7, 2001

Platinum Properties and then Pre-Partner The City of Bridgeport were aware that in 2001 some "unknown reason" caused the floor of Building 109 Platinum Drive to raise up out of the ground.

IThe City of Bridgeport and Platinum Properties in Early 2003 of Structural Problems - The Property Was Just Re-zoned

By early 2003 Platinum Properties and Pre-Partner City of Bridgeport had been made aware of the structurally deficient support at the rear lot area of Building 113 Platinum Drive.

A situation if not corrected, would cause inevitable problems, damage, to the lot and possibly their building and our home area properties.

On Jan 23, 2003, the soon to be Official Partners would engage an Expedited Rezoning. During 2003, Platinum Properties and the City of Bridgeport were working on some type of scenario, that involved Deed Movement and a Purchase Agreement of Three Million Dollars dated September 25, 2003.

Though the above facts were totally ignored, Outside Of Reactionary Legalese Rezoning, it would come back to haunt Platinum Properties and their consummated Partners; The City of Bridgeport and the State of West Virginia in late 2006 and others in by 2007.
