Cincinnati Insurance Company-- Oh No! |
I contacted the
developer's insurance company, Cincinnati Insurance.
An insurance agent did a
on site visit. He initially looked over
the fence line area. After crossing the fence, he asked how long we
have owned this land. I responded over 80 years. His answer, was a
long oh...!
Later, he viewed the fence
line area from the vantage point at our home. When he looked up and
observed our home and barn in relationship to the building and fence
line area above, his first response was "Oh No".
Later on another agent for
Cincinnati Insurance took over. I sent him estimates of the damages
from 2003 Southern Front. The insurance company agreed to pay for the
damages..
In addition to
digging ditches to divert the water, we had to make a
dam out of pipe, block and hay bales.
This concludes
