The Bigger Picture

The Bigger Picture sheds light on the 85 acres discussed in the Partner's February 2005 News Article, which were transferred from the Bridgeport Simpson District to a separate designation known as MAP 33B (Post-April 2012).

This plan faced scrutiny when Anthony Lacaria uncovered deeply hidden falsifications on July 9, 2012, leading to the reversion of MAP 33B back to Bridgeport by May 2013, following Lacaria's filing of a PSC complaint. Further attempts to revert MAP 33B yet again to Clarksburg in March 2014 were ultimately unsuccessful, underscoring the ongoing conflicts regarding land designation in the area.
