 The request for expedited rezoning by the developer surrounding the after-the-fact construction of Buildings 109 and 113 Platinum Drive underscores a controversial urban planning decision, with prior correspondence from Platinum Properties Rich Lane, dated January 23, 2003, and a directive from the Bridgeport Planning Commission President Robert Greer for a publication by January 25, 2003. The swift approval on February 7, 2003, amidst concerns we and others were succumbing to "Strategic Infrastructure Business Planning,"
