A Perspective For West Virginia Property Owners

This is a brief attempt at providing Citizens & Landowners perspectives on time and how it is used by those within the Geo-legal fields.

A few examples below provides a brief framework.

A 2003 DEP reference: ".. he informs us what would happen in the future usually occurs to older people after a spouse passes away' "THEY USUALLY WAIT UNTIL SUCH A TIME" as older people do not have the resources to fight. ...

THEY USUALLY WAIT UNTIL SUCH A TIME Denotes planning for opportune times of weakness. The dubious is not accidental, but well thought out prior to execution.


A Site Specific Memorandum ... "The Board should not be charged with having to consider zoning actions at the whim of any individual ...THE LAST EIGHTEEN MONTHS of accepting ping pong actions regarding several parcels dramatically point out what could, but should not happen".

THE LAST EIGHTEEN MONTHS brings the practice of ping pong zoning 
back to mid-year 1994.

By 2003, (almost a DECADE later), the effects of the above was felt by the populace.



2004: We were informed that entity(s) existed that could not be challenged... TEN YEARS OF YOUR LIFE WOULD HAVE BEEN SPENT UP any perceived win hollow. We would be made an example of to others who dared question these entities(s). "Not a good feeling".


The time period of TEN YEARS would be mentioned at various points throughout the years.)



March 19, 2014: A Politician / Commercial Realtor arrives and is immediately mesmerized by the Partner's endeavors. He repeatedly states that the Partner's areas need major drainage redesign. He then details all the steps that have to be done before a major developmental undertaking begins and informs me that WE WILL BE SITTING GOOD IN TEN YEARS.

He is then provided a news article that illustrates all such preparations had already been completed AND ENGAGED APPROXIMATELY TEN YEARS EARLIER
.

TEN YEARS prior we were sitting ducks, now TEN YEARS in the future we would be sitting pretty. This is misnomer as much could happen in ten years that could change the fortunes of the vested.



So, the time period of Ten Years has well been used throughout the timeline. Outcomes today, (that are perceived positive or negative), strategically planned out long before.
