Six months later we received the notification
that West Virginia, Platinum Properties, and the City of Bridgeport
failed to adhere to the Area's State Project Engineering Plans which was
deeply concerning, especially considering he also mentioned the
significant impact on our property's value. The completion of his
50-page report in an unmanageable format for me to handle left us
without clear guidance on how to proceed. |
A then days later, April 9, 2012, Exponent Telegram article
highlighted the City of Bridgeport's attempt to assign blame for the Corpening
Drive Retention Pond issues to Platinum Properties. Especially, in the context
of using a recent storm as an excuse, raising serious accountability among the involved parties, as my dated
documentation and satellite images contradict the city's narrative suggesting a
deliberate obfuscation of facts.
The partnership among the State of West
Virginia, Platinum Properties, and the City of Bridgeport begins to fracture,
the reclassification of the three million in purchase agreement funds as conduit
transfers, along with the implications for the Milan Puskar Trust, adds
complexity to the unprepared.
Directly after, a sincere attorney acknowledged "They" Had Put
it on Us and Gave Us No Quarter". However, did it begin for us in
2003 or
1999?
Whereas, a later 2019 Professional pointed us back to
1987.
As to not meeting? Day later, on April 20th, 2012, Pittshburg PA News Papers
announce FBI, White Collar, ATF arrivals in WV, (below right).
Whereas, the FEDS would subsequently intervene in a case in Southern WV
where a man had
been talked out of using his own attorney and was asked to meet with a judge, a
new attorney and others. He followed their advice and landed
in jail. The FEDS had the man released from
prison and I believe a Federal Judge, a Commissioner and possibly a Prosecutor
found themselves in prison.
The point: Many will say I have an exacting
mind, that I needed to have taken the offer to meet the Mayor and City Manager.
It's is not an exacting mind, I am cautious. Caution, backed up by the later above
example from southern WV.
