There Were No News Reports Of Drugs?
A call from a
relative from the Northwest stating he had read about the FEDS
moving into West Virginia, adding it had occurred in Louisiana decades
ago. He further informs the number one area
for drugs in the country is right where I live. I had never
read any news reports about drugs in our area.
So,
I viewed his information as incredulous and blow it off.
Flash forward to June of 2013. One county in West Virginia reports 150
drug related arrests at the mid-point of the year. Said county's
previous year's total was 15. Apparently, he was correct.
Now, we had many help us from 1999 to December of 2007,
possibly thinking we were going to address the long history of Non-Property
Rights that have plagued so many for years. However, we were up against coordinative attorneys, which may have
represented the City of Bridgeport, Thrasher Engineering, Platinum
Properties, (one owner being the now late founder of Mylan
Pharmaceuticals). West Virginia's own overwhelmed and pushed aside Public Service Commission and
considering the later discovered partnership, the State of WV itself.
We did hold our own over and over again.
But the problem many likely do not realize. By December of 2007 I was
told by an officer of the court that our then situation, or case, was
beyond the legal capacity of the State of West Virginia to manage. So,
outside
seeking resolution in an International court we had none in West
Virginia. |

would undergo massive sediment removal
and repairs. The
large slope would receive cosmetic touchups. Shortly thereafter,
re-definitions occur and the citizens of Bridgeport are relieved of a
ten year old three million dollar debt. |
An Associate & I Encounter
deeply buried
Record Changes at the Harrison
County Courthouse. A crucial parcel of our property and parcels owned by Platinum
Properties and the City of Bridgeport had been removed from Bridgeport's
Jurisdiction and placed under the
Jurisdiction of the City of Clarksburg on New Map 33B Clarksburg Clark District. Though
I'd dealt with years of reactionary record changes and "kumbaya"
style news articles in regard to damaging events, web additions or letters of
inquiry, the level of changes encountered and the explanations for such were
surreal.
I angrily being asked who was helping me at one point where it was only
me, but in a world of degrees I would not be believed and stayed silent
where my only fear was others were paying the price. I was then asked
how I found the falsified records by those who likely hid it in the
first place. I answered knowing the same would only improve on future
falsifications.
